Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods and services by Case & Cover Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 09161791), registered office Unit 1, West One, Weston Gateway Business Park, Filers Way, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7NF ("we", "us"). We supply on a business-to-business basis; by placing an order you confirm you are acting in the course of a business.
Quotes and pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and delivery unless stated. We may correct obvious pricing errors before acceptance of an order.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier. Custom and branded goods are made to order: once artwork is approved and production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable except where faulty.
Delivery, risk and title
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive payment in full. Please inspect goods on delivery and notify us of shortages or transit damage within 5 working days.
Our 3-year guarantee
Operlo-branded products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 3 years from delivery. If a product fails under normal use during that period, we will replace it or issue a credit at our discretion. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear, or damage to the device itself, and is in addition to your statutory rights.
Services
Where we provide services such as device deployment, case fitting, screen protector installation, customisation or sourcing, we will perform them with reasonable skill and care, at our facility or on-site as agreed. Service dates are estimates; we will agree scheduling around your requirements. We do not carry out device repairs, and we do not provide long-term storage of live client devices.
Returns
Standard stocked items may be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days by prior arrangement; a restocking charge may apply. Faulty goods will be replaced or credited in line with the guarantee above.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for the goods or services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.
General
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: call 0117 214 0708 or use our General Contact form.
